Your challenge:
– As a technical buyer (m/f/d) you are responsible for the needs-based disposition and procurement of mechanical and electronic components as well as catalog parts
– The handling of order and delivery processes is in your hands, including the documentation of the order confirmations
– You ensure on-time deliveries and ensure excellent quality and the best prices
– When handling complaints, you will work closely with the development and production departments to find an effective solution
– Together with the purchasing team, you work on the selection and qualification of suppliers to ensure smooth series production in terms of costs, quality and deadlines
– You negotiate contracts and price agreements with suppliers in order to achieve the best possible conditions for the company
– You identify and realize savings in the procurement of technical components and materials through the analysis of market data, price comparisons and supplier evaluations

Your talent:
You have completed a technical degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field
You have gained experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering or electronics
You have basic knowledge of the purchasing process and an understanding of procurement principles
You have a basic technical understanding, are interested in technical products and can understand technical specifications
With your excellent communication skills in German and English, you work successfully with international suppliers
The ability to work in a team and a structured, goal-oriented way of working are important qualities that round off your profile
Negotiation skills and strong communication skills are an advantage in order to be successful in negotiations with suppliers
