Your tasks

– Preparation, setup, assembly and operation of 3 and 5-axis CNC machines
– Manufacture of gear components according to drawings
– Creation of programs for the machining of workpieces
– Independent implementation of tool changes and dimensional corrections
– Support in troubleshooting machines / systems
– Operation of the corresponding measuring equipment for quality assurance
– Execution and documentation of quality, dimensional and – final controls based on drawings and measurement sheets
– Care, maintenance, cleaning and servicing of the machines
– Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the workplace
– Compliance with labor, safety and environmental regulations
– Participation in the continuous optimization of processes and processing procedures

your profile

– Completed training as a cutting machine operator or comparable qualification, e.g. specialist for CNC technology, precision mechanics, tool or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
– First professional experience in the field of CNC milling/turning
– Knowledge and proven experience in the operation and programming of modern CNC machines
– CNC control knowledge with Fanuc
– Experience reading drawings and parts lists
– Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
– Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and flexibility
– Personal initiative, willingness to perform and commitment
– High degree of responsibility and quality awareness
– Willingness to work in 3 shifts (morning/late/night shift)
