Your tasks:
– The focus of your work is on technical and commercial customer advice and support in the office as well as on supporting the field service
– In consultation with the field service, you will take over the processing of offers for our customers and monitor the order processing
– In addition, the support of regular customers and the acquisition of new customers are part of your area of responsibility
– You are also involved in clarifying deadlines and tracking important orders and projects and are responsible for recording complaints
– Finally, you will develop cost-optimal technical solutions to problems in the field of drive technology
Your qualification:
– You have a successfully completed master craftsman or technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
– Ideally, you already have professional experience in mechanical engineering, especially in the field of control technology
– In addition, you have good knowledge of the use of CRM systems
– Personally, you convince with a high degree of initiative, flexibility and teamwork as well as a pronounced customer orientation and good communication and persuasion skills
– Good knowledge of English completes your profile
