Creation and maintenance of customer-related master data in the CRM system
Handling correspondence – letters and e-mails – according to dictation, templates or key words in German and English
Support of marketing campaigns (e.g. direct mailing)
Collaboration on monthly reporting in the CRM system
Plan/actual comparisons in the ERP system (cost center controlling)
Customer support in the context of quotation preparation and quotation follow-up
Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs
Qualification:
Completed commercial training
Good MS-Office, CRM and ERP knowledge is an advantage
Customer-oriented appearance

Good command of English
