Task:

Maintenance, servicing and repair of plants and building technology
Planning, programming and commissioning of new plants and plant extensions
Operation and energetic optimization of the building supply systems
Independent analysis of malfunctions with subsequent troubleshooting
Independent planning of extensions also in cooperation with external specialist companies
Instruction/supervision of external service providers
Independent troubleshooting, programming and repair of control and regulation equipment, PLC systems, infrastructure & production

Qualification:

Completed technical training in the field of electronics, electrical systems or mechatronics.
Several years of professional experience in the field of technical building equipment, electrical engineering, supply engineering
WS-CAT or E-Plan basic knowledge desirable
Programming knowledge CoDeSys desirable
Knowledge of Siemens WinCC and DesigoCC desirable
Pleasure in working in a team
Self-organization and time management
Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
