Task:
Determining customer requirements, developing solution approaches and providing technical advice in cooperation with field service and internal departments.
Coordination and close cooperation with the responsible field service employees
Preparation of quotations in coordination with field staff and sales management, quotation follow-up and after-sales support
Telephone customer support and consulting
Technical order verification for customer orders
Support in acquisition and trade fair activities
Industry and product-oriented research, as well as potential analysis in the assigned sales areas or regions
Participation in the preparation and implementation of customer audits or QM audits
Qualification:
Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or technician training.
Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in internal sales or similar activities
Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
Systematic work methodology and adherence to deadlines
Fluent knowledge of English
Sound knowledge of sensor technology or industrial electronics
Very good knowledge of common CRM systems as well as ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Driving license class B
Careful and independent way of working
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
