Task:
Operational responsibility, strategic build-up and further development of assigned existing customers.
Preparation and implementation of business plans and forecasts for products, markets and regions of the assigned sector
Revision of the industry-specific product portfolio in close coordination with product management
Observation of trends and new technologies in the industry
Observing and identifying country-specific and global developments and potentials
Identify changes in general conditions, legal requirements, norms and standards
Monitor achievement of the industry strategy of the assigned role
Review content of contracts, check plausibility and support approval process
Acquire new customers and expand potential customers
Provide technical advice to customers and develop product and sales potentials
Independently conduct sales meetings and price negotiations
Carrying out product-related presentations and training, participation in international and national trade fairs
Participation in the preparation and execution of customer audits
Qualification:
Completed technical studies (electrical engineering, physics, industrial engineering or comparable).
Several years of sales experience in the automotive sector
Sound knowledge of sensor technology, mechatronics and/or industrial electronics
Knowledge of microsystems technology and packaging technology advantageous
Very good knowledge of common CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office applications
Distinct customer orientation, negotiation skills, organizational strength and ability to work in a team
Systematic work methodology, independent working style and high sense of responsibility
Business fluent in English, intercultural competence
Driving license and strong willingness to travel internationally
