Your tasks:
– Technical and commercial customer advice and support in the internal sales department as well as support for the field service
– Development and project planning of cost-optimal, technical problem solutions in the field of drive technology
– Support for existing customers and acquisition of new customers
– Processing of technical and commercial offers for our customers and monitoring of order processing
– Tracking of important orders and projects as well as recording and processing of complaints
Your qualification:
– Successfully completed technician/master craftsman in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
– First professional experience in mechanical engineering, especially in the field of control technology
– Sound knowledge of technical sales desirable
– Knowledge of using CRM systems would be an advantage
– Good English knowledge
